           The Company was incorporated in August 1996 purposely to serve as a marketing arm of low-cost housing subdivision developers especially those projects of its sister companies such as Fortune Ventures Development Corporation, Primeland Properties Inc. and L & S Estate Realty Corporation.
           In addition to selling of real estate subdivision lots, the company also venture into land acquisition and or land development for turnover to its sister companies at a much higher price.
           Immediately after its incorporation, the company started acquiring raw lands for conversion into subdivision for its sister companies such as the Nori Property in Panabo, Bordios Property and Maquirang Property in Sto. Tomas. It had only gone into processing of subdivision permits and kand conversion when the company slowed down its operation due to the Asian crisis in 1997 coupled with the restrictive housing policies of PAG-IBIG, SSS, and GSIS affected by collections.
           Lately however, with the Government prodding, these housing funders (HDMF, SSS, GSIS) had softened their stand on housing policies of their members. At PAG-IBIG one can be an instant member thru a one-time payment of 24 monthly amortizations. Thus, one can avail immediately the housing loan for its members. Housing loan take-outs for the developers had greatly improved from 90-120 days into 10 days provided this will be covered by a buy-back guarantee from the developers or a surety bond for the purpose.
           SSS and GSIS similarly has now open its windows in housing for its members. Initially, SSS earmarked P6.0 billion for housing loans of labor union members and overseas workers while the GSIS had liberlly open its windows for their members.
